Very peaceful and quiet area. Great for winding down. Spa treatments were lovely and relaxing. Swimming pool was warm and clean. Great nights sleep, beds comfortable. Breakfast, buffet style was very, very good. Lots of choice and chef was willing to make additional items if wanted. Great atmosphere. Went to the bar for a drink and watched the premier league football on the big screen. Everyone had a great time but was still very civilised. Shower was powerful, bathroom in our room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff advised where to visit locally for a day out.

Everything was perfect, the staff were so kind and really thoughtful. The breakfast itself was genuinely one of the higlight's of my days at the festival we attended. I got a cab booked for myself and the staff were always so kind and attentive. 10/10 would recommend!

The room was very nice and although we hardly used the tv it was on an outside wall so it wouldn't have disturbed the adjoining room, that was a great idea. The breakfast was buffet style and had everything you could want and loved being able to sit on the outdoor terrace. Staff mostly excellent. Beautiful walks around the park and the whole place is brilliantly upkept. Wonderful wild flowers around the borders.

Lovely room with excellent facilities including large fluffy white towels and Crabtree products in the bathroom, easy, free WiFi and an iron with ironing board. The pool was a good temperature and it was great to have another large soft towel plus a padlock for a locker without the need for a deposit. Breakfast was delicious, notably the black pudding!

I love how attentive the staff were, especially the restaurant attendant Jason! He ensured we had all we needed and were catered for my gluten-free needs. The grounds are amazing and we are planning another trip back as we couldn't really appreciate it as we had a wedding to attend elsewhere.

Very accommodating staff and team, rooms very comfortable and spacious. Dining room was fully booked but staff were able to find us a table outside to eat. Food was tasty with good size portions. Breakfast was excellent, with a big range of options.

Hotel was really nice, lovely location on St George’s park. Nice outdoor area to sit and have drinks. We also booked the spa when we booked the hotel. The spa facilities and pool area were great. The massages we had were lovely and I thought it was a nice touch we had a tea afterwards that matched the scent of the oil used on us.
